Walk with a Doc
Exercise is good for us in so many ways. It helps our muscles and joints, our hearts and blood vessels, and our mood as well. It doesn’t have to be hard and it’s never too late to start! Our weekly walk is on the flat for an hour, starting at the Millennium Bridge in Lancaster (on the Lancaster side). See you there!

About the course
We meet weekly throughout the year. The group is for anyone who wants to enjoy some exercise and begin socialising with others. Each session will be lead by a local GP, who will start each session with a short talk on improving our health and wellbeing.
