Life is a journey; sometimes it’s blue sky and sunshine – other times it seems far harder and a struggle. However you’re feeling, Living Life to the Full helps to provide useful information and resources that you can use on your own life journey. Living Life to the Full helps people who are struggling with their mental health or feeling isolated deal with everyday life challenges and learn a range of life skills using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) principles, aiming to improve your wellbeing and resilience as you go through life.

About the course

This is a 6 week course which runs each term – usually February, May and October.

The Course is for anyone struggling with their mental health or feeling isolated. The content and materials are practical and easily applied to everyday life situations and cover topics such as:

  • Understanding your feelings
  • Doing things that make you feel better
  • Looking at things differently
  • How to fix almost everything
  • Building inner confidence
  • Things you do that help and things that don’t
