Coffee Time
Are you feeling isolated? Relationships are one of the most important aspects of our lives. People who are more socially connected to friends, family, or their community are happier, physically healthier and live longer, with fewer mental health problems than people who are less well connected. We have weekly community groups where you can come along to a safe place to chat, learn new skills and make friends.

We get together every Tuesday during term time over a coffee (or tea) for an informal chat and very often include some form of interactive activity, such as a demonstration of new skills such as photography, table decoration, art, flower arranging, cooking.
We have a varied programme across the year so keep a look out for what’s coming up.
You can arrange to come along and join us either by getting in touch here or alternatively, if you would like to know more, please just call or drop us a message.
“My outlook on life has changed so much and for the better, I’m more positive and know someone is only a phone call away if I need help.”
“It has given me the strength and determination to carry on.”
