Coffee Time

Are you feeling isolated? Relationships are one of the most important aspects of our lives. People who are more socially connected to friends, family, or their community are happier, physically healthier and live longer, with fewer mental health problems than people who are less well connected. We have weekly community groups where you can come along to a safe place to chat, learn new skills and make friends.

We have a varied programme across the year so keep a look out for what’s coming up.
