Cross Bay Walk 2024

Here at the Adullam Programme we are really excited to announce that this year, to mark Mental Health Awareness week, we are going to be “marching for mental health” to both raise awareness of how many people suffer with mental health issues as well as raise funds to help those who suffer too.

If you would like to be involved in this cause, we will be joining the King’s guide to the Kent Estuary, Michael Wilson, on the historic walk across the bay from Arnside to Grange Over Sands on Sunday 19 May 2024.👏
