Cooking on a Budget
This course is designed to build self confidence in the kitchen while learning a range of cooking skills for a healthy, balanced diet and on a budget! Each participant is encouraged to cook a recipe of their choice and then we get to sample each other’s dishes at the end.
All ingredients and equipment are provided, all you need to do is turn up and enjoy!

About the course
This is a 6 week course which runs each term subject to demand.
The course is for anyone who wants to learn to cook or wants to eat more healthily. The course will look at:
- Cooking Skills
- Making hearty soups and salads
- Learning how to cook healthy meals, with pasta, meat and/or vegetarian options
- Making pastry and baking tasty treats
