Who we are:
Adullam Programme (Lancaster) envisions a community where individuals struggling with mental health challenges, addiction, trauma, loneliness, or imprisonment can rebuild their lives through friendship, support, skill development, and faith. The goal is for them to flourish and live full, purposeful lives.
Adullam Programme’s activities focus on three key areas: the Connections Hub, which connects individuals in need with local support services in collaboration with the NHS, city council, and other charities; the Community Programmes, offering social groups (e.g., craft, coffee mornings, walks) and personal development courses like CBT and Celebrate Recovery to foster friendships, self-confidence, and life skills; and the Residential Programme, which provides stable housing and a structured timetable for men recovering from addiction to help them transition to independent living.
